Items we offer as excellent are and remain second-hand. Light forms of use (such as minimal cutlery scratches on plates) are not excluded.
Items we offer as good, reasonable or used have traces of use. Which traces these are and to what extent are clearly stated in the description. Consider:
- Crackle (small cracks in or under the glaze layer)
- Scuffs (discoloration or fading of motifs)
- Chips (bumps and/or chips)
- Stains (some tableware may show damage to the enamel in the form of spots)
