Shipping information:
- All our shipments are sent with PostNL.
- We ship worldwide.
- We recommend that you choose the insured shipping option so that you are not at risk. If you choose uninsured shipping, the risk of damage during transport lies with you.
- The rates we charge are the rates that you can find on the PostNL website, and depend on destination and weight.
- All our shipments are carefully packaged to prevent breakage and/or damage.
- We also recycle shipping materials (both boxes and filling materials) as much as possible to minimize the impact on the environment.
- We aim to ship your order within 48 hours.
- After shipment you will receive a confirmation and a track & trace code from us.
- The delivery time of our shipments is usually 2 to 4 working days for orders to the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium. The delivery time for other European countries is usually 3 to 10 working days. Shipments to the rest of the world typically take 7 to 30 days. However, you can request the status of your package at any time after shipment via track & trace.
- Customs fees, import duties and/or taxes may apply to deliveries to countries outside the EU. These costs depend on the destination and are borne by the customer. The carrier will inform you about this if necessary.
